Shipping & Delivery Service

Orders are shipped via PBT Couriers (a national courier service) for all NZ orders & NZ Postal service for all overseas destinations. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business day(s) (stock dependent)

NZ delivery is generally 2-3 working days with Rural and some residential deliveries subject to a further 2-3 days. 
International postal deliveries allow 6-12 working days depending on the destination.

NZ Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:

The majority of orders received are processed within 1 to 2  business working days. However, when trying to estimate expected arrival date for your order, be sure to add 1-business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping times above.

 NZ Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only, with no weekend or public holiday service available. $13.00 incl gst Courier fee is charged for NZ orders under $250.00 and international delivery chargers are subject to quote against orders prior to payment.

Shipping Times:

Most orders will be processed within 2  business working days. When receiving our order confirmation email please allow those shipping details above for receipt of goods. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those may require a further business day for shipping. If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.
